Some of the people we interviewed are experts and historians on key residents that influence all of Central Ohio Columbus. Lucy Caswell talked about cartoonist Billy Ireland; Bob Hunter spoke to the history of athletics including Nesser family who were one of the first professional football teams and other highlighted stars from East High School such as Chic Harley.
Geoff Hetrick and Doral Chenoweth spoke about painter Emerson Burkhart and his infamous exhibitions from his home.
Most recently Shawn Patrick Grogan spoke with us about the history of Franklin Park, former state senator and representative Ray Miller spoke with us about attending East High School and Doreen Uhaus Sauer told us about the historic landmarks in Woodland Park.
We captured time lapses of the afternoon and evening sky’s of Woodland Park and greeted neighbors. We talked with members of St. Philip’s church and the YMCA as to important contributions to the community including those who remember the contribution of Eldon and Elsie Ward such as Brian Brooks. Most recently we explored Woodland Park in the winter and now in the spring.
Others talked about the architectural history and the importance of being a strong family community going back generations.
